The Service references third-party hospitality providers, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses. NĒST does not own, operate, or control these third parties, nor do we represent or warrant the accuracy, availability, pricing, quality, or safety of any third-party services. Any interaction or transaction between you and a third party is solely between you and that party.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information within it is complete or current.
